Locals' Weekender Parking Permit

The Locals' Weekender Parking Permit is available to residents of Santa Barbara County. Permits are valid for a period of six months and allow the permit holder to park in any City of Santa Barbara, Downtown Parking lot on Saturdays and Sundays without paying parking fees. Permit fee of $100.00 may be paid online with credit card, or, a check may be mailed to 1221 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.

Proof of Santa Barbara County residency and valid CA vehicle registration must be uploaded to submit application. JPEG and PDF attachements only. HEIC files are not accepted.


To Redeem Gift Certificate: Complete application and select "Pay with Gift Certificate" in payment options. Enter the four digit "Certificate ID," which is found on the front of your gift certificate, in the payment field. When prompted for payment, select "Pay Later." To complete the transaction, please bring the gift certificate and attached receipt, when you pick up your permit.
