Commuter Permit Holder Annual Renewal

All permit holders who wish to receive a 2024 permit must complete the Annual Renewal Form.  You will need to upload a copy of your current California vehicle registration (JPEG or PDF) for any vehicle you will drive while using the permit.

Permits will only be issued to the named permit holder and are non-transferable.  If you have not previously submitted a permit application in your name, please do so at:  www.SantaBarbaraCA.gov/ParkingPermits.  This form is not a substitute for a permit application and cannot be used to transfer permits to a new permit holder.

Your 2023 permit expires on December 31, 2023.  Permits for 2024 will only be issued to permit holders who have met the following requirements:

• ​Completed the Commuter Permit Holder Annual Renewal Form including uploading a current California Vehicle Registration. 
• Account has been paid in full through the November 2023 invoice.

Non-renewed permits will automatically be terminated on December 31, 2023 and no new permit will be issued.  Vehicles displaying an expired permit while parked in the Commuter Lot are subject to citation.
