This form is for payment of parking fees due on a Downtown Parking Fee Collection Envelope or Fee Collection invoice for parking fees accrued in the City of Santa Barbara, Downtown Parking public lots only.  Examples of these items are pictured below.    

Payments for parking citations issued by Parking Enforcement must be paid through the Santa Barbara Police Department's online portal at:  https://santabarbara.citationinfo.com/CitationSearch.aspx  Payments submitted through this form for citations issued by any entity other than Downtown Parking will be declined.

Please enter the following information from your Fee Collection Envelope or Invoice.  Please note, if you were issued envelopes under more than one License Plate, you will need to submit payment separately for each License Plate.   

Fee Collection Envelopes not paid within ten (10) days from the issue date are assessed a $38.00 flat fee.  After ten (10) days, the balance due becomes $38.00, or, the original total amount of parking fees displayed on the envelope or bill, whichever is higher.  Invoices not paid by the due date may be assigned to a collection agency and a 45% surchage will be added to the balance due.  

Incomplete or partial payments will be applied against the balance due for the license plate entered on this form and the remainder owing will be billed to the registered owner of the vehicle or assigned to collections.

Errors in information entered on this form may result in the payment being declined.
