Commuter Permit Termination

Commuter Lot Permit terminations are incomplete until the permit is either reassigned to another permit holder in the same employer-group, or the permit is returned to the Downtown Parking Office.  Lost permits will be charged a $20.00 fee.     

Permit terminations may be prorated by half before the 15th of the month. 

Group Account - Permit Reassignments:

If swapping/reassigning a permit, please provide the name and permit number of the terminated permit holder as well as the name of the new permit holder and the date of the swap.  To complete a permit reassignment, the new employee must submit a permit application in their name.  If a new application is not received on a terminated permit within three business days, the account may be billed for a lost permit ($20.00) and the permit terminated per the original request.
