DEADLINE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS FOR PRIORITY REGISTRATION: May 9, 2025 11:59 PM
Summer Fun is a program for families who qualify through submission of supporting documentation during Pre-Registration (March 10 – April 11). Qualifying families will then need to register and pay the $35 administration fee during Priority Registration (April 21 – May 9).
For the families who do not qualify or have missed the required deadlines, a payment will be required at full price of $490 during Open Registration (May 14 – June 13).
PLEASE NOTE: submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be eligible for priority registration or that a spot will be saved for you. Once you have submitted this form, staff will review your documents and notify you if you qualify for priority registration.
STEP 1- Complete this form and upload one or more of the following documents:

Step 2- Once staff review your application, qualifying families will receive an email with a link to officially register and pay the $35 registration fee through their PerfectMind account. Once this step is completed, your child will be officially enrolled in the Summer Fun Program. You will then receive a "Welcome to Summer Fun" email with additional program details. (Must be completed between April 21 - May 9)
**For the families who do not qualify or have missed the required deadlines, a payment will be required at full price of $490 (per child) during Open Registration starting May 14th at 9:00 AM through June 13 in PerfectMind.**

If you have already updated your child's medical information, then you don't need to do it again. Medical information is required to be updated once a year.
I have read the Summer Fun Parent Handbook and I understand for my child(ren) to stay enrolled in the Summer Fun program they must attend all 7 weeks of the program and I must notify Administrative staff if they will be absent. Failure to meet these requirements may lead to your child(ren) being withdrawn from the program.
