Tennis & Pickleball - Court Reservation Request Form

Court Rental Rate: (3 hour minimum)

Resident - $21/Hour
Non-Resident - $25/Hour

Request must be received a minimum of 10 business days in advance of court reservation date.

Tournament request must be submitted at least 30 days in advaced. Insurance will be required for all events.

No refunds provided if court is reserved and not used.

Reservations for tennis and pickleball courts are only available between 12-5pm, Monday - Sunday.

Review permit carefully and follow start and end time for your scheduled event. City organized leagues, classes, camps clinics and tournaments take precedence over reservation. Alcohol, vending, staking ground and extra equipment (bleachers, lights, restrooms, etc.) are prohibited at this Park facility without prior approval. All trash and recyclables must be picked up and discarded in trash cans and/or dumpster at conclusion of event. The Sports and Tennis Division reserves the right to reschedule an event or provide a full refund if the facility courts are CLOSED due to a conflicting event, weather or natural disaster. 1. Permittee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees and agents (each an “indemnified party”) from and against any and all loss, damage, liability, claim, expense (including defense costs and attorney’s fees) (collectively “liabilities”) arising out of or in connection with the issuance or exercise of this Facility Rental/Use Permit Agreement, to the extent permitted by law, except liabilities arising from the sole, active negligence or willful misconduct of an indemnified party. 2. Permittee agrees to comply with all Conditions of Use stated above. Violation of Condition of Use may result in immediate termination of the activity authorized by this Facility Rental/Use Permit Agreement. This Facility Rental/Use Agreement does not authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages. A separate permit, including a permit issued by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is required for sale of alcoholic beverages. 3. Permittee agrees to comply with all orders of the monitor or park ranger. 4. Permittee agrees to leave the facility in a good, clean condition after the event. Permittee agrees to liable to and pay the City for any damage to the facility or the site arising from or caused by the activities authorized by this Facility Rental/Use Agreement. 5. Permittee agrees that that Permittee has read, understands and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Permit and the City’s rules, regulations and policies concerning the use of City park facilities, and understands and accepts the City’s refund policy.
