Santa Barbara County residents can purchase the Locals' Weekender Permit which provides access to any of the City of Santa Barbara’s Downtown Parking lots every Saturday and Sunday without paying parking fees. The Locals' Weekender Permit is priced at $100.00 for six-months of weekend parking.

Terms and Conditions:

This gift certificate may be redeemed only for parking permits or passes issued by City of Santa Barbara, Downtown Parking, located at 1221 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
The holder of this gift certificate must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the required application process for selected parking permit or pass. Local’s Weekender Permits are issued only to residents of County of Santa Barbara.Any unused balance on this gift certificate will remain on the certificate and may be applied to future purchases.
This gift certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Resale or transfer of this certificate for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Void if Altered: This gift certificate is void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced in any manner.
Governing Law: This gift certificate is governed by the laws of the state of California, including California Civil Code § 1749.5
