DESIGNATED COMMERCIAL FISHING SLIP PERMIT LOTTERY PARTICIPATION REQUEST FORM

The permit available for assignment is 0C001, on Cabrillo Landing North. The berth is suitable for a commercial fishing vessel with a maximum 30’ length and 9’ beam. Due to the berth location along the marina perimeter, a shallow draft is required.

Only one Lottery Participation Request per person.

Slip Permit:

Slip is non-transferrable
An existing slip permittee (or spouse or registered domestic partner of a slip permittee) shall relinquish an existing slip permit to the Waterfront Department prior to and in exchange for this slip permit assignment.
The Slip Permit will be in one name only, is non- transferable, and permit partners cannot be added.

Application checklist:

You can provide a report from the DFW demonstrating a minimum of $15,000 earnings from commercial fishing during the date range of 4/15/24 to 4/16/26
